Bug Imperial City Prison First Boss

Hello!
We killed the first boss (The Enemy if my memory is right) in imperial city Prison and we were killed by adds after killing him.
But when we come back from death, Adds were vanished and the door wasn't opened.
It was 20 minutes ago maybe.
The ticket failed so I post it here.
It was on EU PC Server
