Does this happen often to people?
We purchased a 3-month subscription yesterday. We haven't received the crowns as expected with our purchase. Our credit card has been billed.
This is quoted from ESO's website in the fine print information.
"3*Total Crown allotment will be delivered at the time of purchase."
Are there moderators or technical support staff that look at these post?
Could I get a response of what happened or how to fix this please?
