So items go missing in my house, trasnferred to now the 4th team and still nothing. Not a peep in over a week and its been nearly a month since the issue happpend. Storage bug robbed me of 320 plus items a few years ago and another known bug with housing has stuck again and silence is what is given. How do I know that your even listening when I had to give the same info to the same team 4 times. what is going on that this cant be resolved in a timely manner

    Open multiple tickets and ask for the issue to be escalated. If you made purchases it is easy to track if it was through the crown store.

    There is also help for missing items unless they got rid of it. Zos's customer service has a lot to be desired for but stick with it.

    Open multiple tickets and ask for the issue to be escalated. If you made purchases it is easy to track if it was through the crown store.

    Shouldn't really make several Tickets. Won't get him replies faster and it's a Spam.

    Just simply write another Ticket, explaining your problem once again, and be super polite.. Usually helped me. Else you just have to wait, seems like they are busy atm.

    Submitting multiple tickets simply means that each successive one takes you back to the end of the queue.

    Note the number of your outstanding ticket and include it in a polite and courteous request to a member of the forum staff in a PM to see if they could kindly escalate it for you.

    It worked for me and I kept it polite and provided the proper information. In fact, if I did not have mutiple tickets I feel it would not have been resolved. I also kept on it on a timely manner.
