Been away since start of elsywer how stam dk for both pve and pvp looking?

Hey guys haven’t played in a while been thinking about hopping on for a little bit. I run fury and ravaging sets with blood spawn in pvp. I saw the changes to the sets which seem like a nerf but I’ve heard about some other changes.

I’m curious how they have effected the play style and strength of the stam dk.

    StamDK was only SnB/2h 7th Fury BS for PvP.
    SnB Fury and 7th were broken features and were righrfully nerfed.

    StamDK has nothing strong except for major mending and Leap.
    Fossilize cost increased.
    Reflective Plate deleted
    Ven Claw/Nox Breath big cost increase reduced Dot dmg.

    PvE is the same for all classes.
    DW/Bow generic abilities rotation.

    Basically stamDKs going strong still for current patch with their super tanky set up and the fact that you can just spam dizzy swings. Currently, it seems like stamDKs will take a decent blow in PVP if U24 patches don't get changed much. DOTs are getting hit hard and stamDKs always run breath+claws. Dizzy Swing is no longer OP because it sets people off balance rather than directly stunning them. Anyone who wants to run dizzy swing will need to learn partial heavy stun but if they pull it off the off balance (that now lasts for 7 seconds instead of 5) will let you deal more damage to them. Basically, a much needed change that actually rewards higher skill cap players with dizzy swing if you pull it off but generally means it is harder for stamDKs to kill enemies. On the plus side, with DoTs getting nerfed like this I don't really see how stamDKs are going to die in between their still OP cauterize + fragmented shield/vigor/rally. It will be pretty damn hard to die.
