You know, it just occurred to me why the player population started dropping off with the release of Elsweyr in June. That's when they ended CP progression. People felt like there was no more tangible "leveling up", so to speak.... and lost interest.

Yes, my bad. Wrathstone released end of February (PC) and mid-March (consoles.)
Maybe it really is for the yo-yo nerf parade then.
