For the past two patches the ultimate from psijic guild has been bugged. 90% of the time when you use the skill it takes all of your ultimate but does not actually go off, and you stay in one place. I noticed today that in the new patch notes the ultimate was not mentioned to be changed. Can you guys please address this issue so the ESO community can enjoy an ultimate that is part of a skill like that we had to pay for. Thanks!
