When it was over, because now I can spend more time in Cyrodiil...I like pve and pvp, but I really don't like IC at all for some reason.

The moment when I spent 52K Tel Var buying 50 units of the stuff you need for 1 of the new collectibles and 20 units of the stuff you need for the other. BEFORE realizing that you actually need 50 and 20 MERITS and only ONE of each of these things. And no, I can't resell them.
Basically I trashed 52K Tel Var.
That's what I get for not reading things properly !
Luckily I'm very much an "it's just a game" type of person so I just Loled about myself :-)

The best part for me was that I could get my 2 Event Tickets, every day & very quickly, without setting a foot into a PvP area.

As an added bonus, my baby Necro Tank got two more (much needed) skill points from both ICP & WGT.

For once, ZOS got the PvP vs PvE balance just right. Nice o:)

that moment when gankers game over to try and stop us from getting tickets only to get nuked again and again, and losing their tel var in a process. it wasn't a TON of tel var, but it was enough to get me couple of achievements and it felt nice to drive them off.

alternately "favorite" (not really) moment when Molag kena bugged at 20% and decided not to pop out of her shield. at all :/ even though all 4 shield guys around here were dead. having to deliberately run into the edge to reset her - felt a little undignified.
    dirty worthless casual.

One memorable moment for me occurred in the sewers just outside the DC base where a lone AD showed up and took on all of us DC mingling around. Of course I got killed. I rezzed at the base and went out to the platform to see the lone AD, still standing, surrounded by all the dead DC. I was so impressed that I did the cheer emote, which the AD must have mistaken for a taunt and he promptly gap-closed up the platform and killed me again.

Overall, this event showed me that I really suck at PVP. And it’s fine because I’ve never had so much fun sucking at something. Well, I have, but that’s for a different forum altogether.

Ganking was great fun. Also good to see some huge battles. B v R one night was huge!

Just goes to show that if you get the incentives right people will play there.

I don't intend to go into PvP for a while, but your comment reminded me that at the end of the day, even PvP is supposed to be fun. Once I've finished the story with my main, I might venture into Cyrodiil occasionally.

Two "enemy" players were hitting on another guy with lower CP. Didn't arrive in time to help him. But I got the two killers by surprise and smashed them with my big hulk fists [i. e. shameless Ultimate attack from stealth]. Managered to rez the other guy and helped him get away.

Got wrecked by somebody shortly after. But still felt good to have taken revenge on the bullies.

One of the times I PUGged vWGT we had a CP 300ish tank who'd never done the dungeon before. A highly experienced DD calmly talked him through what he needed to know (and I chimed in a bit too). I judged that I should change my loadout for the Planar Inhibitor fight (e.g. switch in Sanctuary), and the whole thing was so close that for once my build (and also my spam healing) mattered. At the end, the tank got 2x Molag Kena's Touch drops and traded them to me, and I've used one of them to change my standard build slightly.

Where are the bro-romances? I expected to see at least one "favorite moment" where a guy was in the sewer and noticed the enemy was hiding in the corner. He stops and waves and the enemy pops out of hiding and waves back. Then they become best friends. :)

I think one of the most funny moments I seen was when a group of players on my faction got bombed. I helped rez them and when I turned around to kill an NPC they got bombed again.

Killing the base campers and taking their tel var.

Massive AD swarm in the city mowing everything down.

Trying to complete the doors quest in Nobles on one of my lowbies. Got creamed repeatedly by a group of blues on every door. Kept running back in regardless because I wanted to finish it. Had one EP nightblade and a DC DK (who eas also doing the quest) help me finish the last door without killing me or each other.

This is partly why I'll make a terrible Endgame PvP. My instinct is to help the underdog, so if I (eventually) see a banana being set on by a couple of smurfs, I'll help the banana and probably die.

Best: This morning, when I loaded in straight into the sewers, in the boss room to quickly grab two tickets before work.

Worst: A several-way tie between the times I got ganked going through a door heading *away* from base (when it can be deduced that people have few stones), with honorable mention of the times I saw the enemy alliances waiting on the supposedly-inaccessible high platform outside the base.

The best when I gave a ring to someone and he gave me his impenetrable mask, the double drops from the dungeon and the no death run in White Gold Tower, I wanted that achivement.

The worst, being killed when trying to get to base after collecting more than 1500 tel var stones, being killed when farming tel var and losing half in general the worst moments because they where easy to make but I lost half every time.

This was probably the best time I've had in IC in a while. I never had a problem getting my tickets. Even when a strong sorc was slaughtering us while we took on a banner boss, I still managed to still run back and loot the body. For the most part I was able to do my dailies, at one point completing the circuit and returning home through the sewer with 10k+ TV. I got into a number of fights, both even and uneven. Won some, lost some, in a few cases made a truce with enemy players. I even killed a boss in enemy territory with an an enemy player helping and was able to loot the boss for tickets, (I had forgotten you needed to do that or I wouldn't have hunted bosses there), and then I let them kill me for the free port back.

But my favorite moment was grabbing tar pitch in Elven Gardens. I turned around to loot the backpacks and in runs this enemy player. They just stood there, so I took that as a truce and ran out to complete the daily. I later noticed I had a whisper telling me they thought I was a store NPC. 😆

Yesterday me and a friend just decided to fight in the upper districts of the IC. Wave after wave of EP and AD kept trying to take the noble's district from us and we somehow managed to hold our ground. He was a magplar and I was MagDK and the only person that really consistently killed us was a nightblade. That sneaky little NB kept turning invisible, running out of range of my magelight, and dealing a lot of damage in a short amount of time before vanishing again.

Even though I could take out half his health in a single hit I never could kill him. Whoever you are I have one thing to say, well played.
