I so hope this is some sort of arena or trial with the 1 piece weapons we're looking for

    They said it was where the final quest of the storyline takes place. After you do both northern and southern Elsweyr's storylines, that island opens up and lets you do the final quests.

    It's not going to be anything special nor is it going to give you a special reward it's just a conclusion to the Year of the Dragon
    I mean they wouldn't dare put something so precise as a weapon behind a quest line all the PVP players would cry

    Well, it might contain a special reward upon finishing the quest (I'm hoping for a dragon statue furnishing personally), but yeah just a conclusion.

    Some type of housing item a little object yeah most likely but a op weapon no not likely
