Elsweyr more worldbosses bugged then i thought!

I dont know the boss names atm, so ill name them by the places they spawn that i can see on the map.
Some (maybe all) worldbosses in Elsweyr just vanish sometimes once you get close to them. The first time this happened to me was with the Necromancer at the Bone Pit, then 2 times one after another with the Birb at Talon Gulch, and today with the Cat Necro at Scar's Edge. As soon as i approach, they vanish and take AT LEAST 15min to respawn, i looked at the time 2 times! Even if someone else waits already, they still vanish, just now some low level player waited for others to come do this boss with him, and i had the daily quest for it and came, and when i arrived, POOF, gone, even tho the poor guy waited already 30min for someone to come as he said. Now he, another player and i had to wait another 15min. This is ridiculous and not even funny. Whats wrong with you to STILL not have fixed that? Of all the bugs in the game atm, this is probably the most time consuming, and for new players certanly the most frustrating, hell, even for me who wants to do it daily its extremly frustrating! Because i will NOT deal with this garbage DAILY!
