Anyone Else Experiencing A Peculiar Bug In IC?

The first time it happened I assumed I had somehow got turned around and ran out the wrong door. Because I had loaded into the bank that I park my character between playtimes. So I queued back up for the campaign and went back in. But it has happened twice more to me over the last few days and every time its most definitely not the exit. I go to enter the sewers and before I know it Im back at the bank.

Maybe ZOS got affiliated with some bank and that is their way of suggesting you to take a loan? -
