I think now my ideal NPC hubby would be High King Emeric. Sure he's an older gent with a wife ( could always send her to Sithis... <-< Just saying... ) but the guy has such a great sense of humor, both dark and light, and always wants to do the right thing.
A+ in my book.

✭Just found this old topic and felt like leaving my 2 cents, so here goes:
My Bosmer main would absolutely marry Razum-dar in the blink of an eye. She has a... mild (or not so mild) obsession with him. I kind of doubt that it goes both ways, though.
My Breton girl isn't one for marrying - she values her independence too much. She does like to spend the occasional night with some nice orc ladies, however.
My Nord was never really all that interested in the females he usually met around his hometown in Skyrim, but he fell head over heels for a Bosmer named Faraniel he happened upon during his stay in Coldharbour. Maybe it was a bit of a size difference thing (he's around 7 feet or something), but in the end it didn't matter, since it was a little too much of a long-distance relationship for him to keep it going.
My Redguard girl has a bit of a weird thing for Neramo. They're more like friends with benefits, though. He doesn't exactly consider her to be on par with him intellectually (which he tries his hardest not to let slip while they're in bed, I imagine), so marriage is out of the question.
As for me personally, I couldn't agree more with @Vicarra If I were a character in ESO I would totally go for Raynor Vanos for the same exact reasons. I just find him strangely cute and charming. But then, I find the male Dunmer to be very attractive in general, so that might help, too.

I RP a Bosmer female who despite the allure of Vampire Abilities to make me even faster in stealth, I am a committed initiate of the Dawnguard. Breduin, A Bosmer leader and aspiring Treethane of the small town once invited me into his home and presented me with the Longhaven Brigandine in thanks for helping clear the Coven that was killing the hunters from the Village.
Intrigued, I set up residence in nearby Bouldertree Refuge where I can help provide overwatch of the now peaceful village which I visit regularly. Enroute to Woodhearth wayshrine.

But in all serious, ive advocated for a “marriage to npc” system similar to skyrim or where you can make your npc spouse on a character creater, for a long time, at least a over a year now, close to two years probably3 -
