Ah, Brynjolf... To my thief character, he was likeable- but Mercer was the more intelligent and ambitious one. Not to mention, the more interesting and fun follower.
Moving forward to the past (ESO era), another of my characters definitely has a thing for Abnur Tharn. I try to warn her that he is not good husband material (seven previous marriages should indicate this) but she doesnt care.
In TES V Skyrim, she immediately fell for and married Marcurio. Just cant resist overly confident and snarky mages I suppose

Oh god, yes. Marcurio has always been, and will always be, my favourite Skyrim follower. I just love his little interjections when you are out wandering around, and he's pretty badass too. I tried marrying some of the other options, but no one can beat Marcurio.PAWS - Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff!

✭✭I'm quite pleased with the wife I actually have.
That major detail aside, I generally insist on women who are exceptionally intelligent, frequently warm, and at least intermittently submissive. The closest fit I've noticed in the game is probably Gabriele Benele. (Bonus: She doesn't care about clothes or makeup.)
But the best populated archetype for me of attractive women in the game is probably the "caring warrior" type, with Kireth Vaynos and Queen Ayrenn topping the list. And yes, they'd probably be better matches for my characters than they would for the actual me.
