My personal favorite though was a person whispering me asking to "help a new lvl 10" by giving him 30k so he could buy a mount and some gear. He didn't realize he was pretty close by so I located him easily. He was wearing the emperor's costume
There are so many opportunities in Tamriel. You could just be the waterboy of a smith and get paid for it. You could offer to sweep the floors in taverns all day long as if trying to keep it absolutely dust free.
