dtsharples✭✭✭✭✭It sounds like you have ESO+ and that they are automatically going into your craft bag.
Does the same thing happen when you collect provisioning ingredients and wood / ore etc?
You can find your craft bag by pressing I, then navigating along the top of the window that opens to find the craft bag icon.
If you don't have ESO+.....I have no idea sorry
Maybe your inventory is full to max?
