How do you resurrect people?

I am playing on PC with an Xbox Controller. I guess this goes for console if I ever play on it again. How do you resurrect someone who has fallen? I tried but didn't see any button to show what to press. Google is not helping me out. It says F but that is for keyboard. I don't know what that would be for console or controller. Some things are different so, I thought I would ask here.

Just go into your control settings and look up which button it's set to. If it isn't set to anything, adjust that.

Hold the option button? Crap, now I'm questioning it myself. When you get in the right position it tells you what to do though.

I believe it's the little button in the center, three horizontal lines on it. Press and hold when having your cursor over a player.
