Are drops/info messages logged someplace I can review?

I sometimes get "XYZ has finished research" messages when I log in, but miss them if I am not watching closely. The same would be true on lists of what I have logged. It scrolls by quickly at times and I forget. (Like wondering if I really got the tickets today.)

Are either/both of these saved someplace I can review later? I couldn't find it, but I am hoping I just didn't find it.
