No, so I've been talking about this for a while and I'd like to explain why here.
I firmly believe the battle spirit buff is bad.
Why? Well they generalized all classes into one buff/nerf. So I was thinking, what if every class (dependent if majority stamina, or magicka, or both) Then you can get the following buff ie: Stamplar Battle Spirit, and it nerfs or buffs certain things and each class has respective battle spirit to their class so we have some form of class balance in Cyrodiil / pvp. Instead of generalizing all builds, we could then focus via this buff/nerf status per class.

Interesting idea but I don think the combat team could handle the extra balancing never mind all the extra bugs.
