[BUG] Timeless Blessing buff not affecting some healing abilities

Greetings.
Testing was done on Eu Megaserver.
Timeless Blessing buff from Asylum Restoration staff isn't affecting some of the healing abilities present in the game.
I observed two types of abilities which are healing abilities but are not affected by Timeless Blessing buff:
1) Heals % from damage done abilities such as Inhale, Burning Embers and so on aren't affected but I believe that this is not a bug and these abilities shouldn't be affected by Timeless Blessing Buff.
2) This is indeed a bug! Any healing ability that is a morph and base version of the skill doesn't have a healing component, isn't affected by Timeless Blessing. This includes:
- Cinder Storm (Ash Cloud morph)
- Obsidian Shard (Stonefist morph)
- Ring of Preservation (Circle of Protection morph)
- Structured Entropy (Entropy morph)
- Cleanse (Purge morph)
- Healing Ward (Steadfast Ward morph)
- Shattering Rocks (Petrify morph) and Consuming Trap (Soul Trap morph), I am not completely sure about these two and if they should be affected by Timeless Blessing.
