Health missing glitch (found how to reproduce).

This has been probably posted many times before, but since it keeps happening and I found out a way to reproduce it, I thought it would be a good idea to bring back the subject.
Today, doing Halls of Fabrication with my guildmates I got the glitch to repeat six times (three in a row in nHoF), which made me stuck with 10% HP and a permament red screen annoying the hell out of me. Dying "fix it", but it is not cool to die, is it?
Ok, @ZOS, I tried it in both Sunspire and Halls of Fabrication, but I think it is easier to reproduce in HoF. Get a Templar with Practiced Incantation Ultimate and reach the Assembly General. Fight it until it goes to the corner to recharge, shooting its missiles. When you notice he is about to standup dealing large damage, you must be in the middle of Practiced Incantation cast. While everybody will get full health from the last blast, your health will be stuck with the value that the blast left you.
Meaning that if you were casting Incantation and the blast left you with 40% health, that's what your health bar will stay, even though you are at full HP. It gets awful if happen two or three times before you die. I found out it can be done in any situation that you take large damage while casting that Ultimate. Did it in both first and second boss from Sunspire Trial as well, when the dragons breath. Probably other healing classes can reproduce doing something similar. Please do tell it is fixable...
