Where do StamSorcs currently stand from both PvE and PvP perspective?

I used to have an orc stamsorc almost a couple years ago on NA that I RP'd as a shaman and loved it.

I recently thought about rerolling it on EU where I currently play, is it worth investing time into one?

I do both PvE and PvP so opinions from both sides of the pool would be appreciated

PvE: Fine as DPS, great stamina class for vMA/vDSA

PVP: Quietly on the sidelines, weeping silently over their fall from grace as other classes dance around them showing off their fancy class skills.

PVE is OK or quite good

PVP is tasteless

what you can do, another class can do it with better tools
its not bad but it has basically nothing going on for itself

Stamsorc is a weapon class with sorcerer passives. The passives are useful but as a class it's just a two-hander or DW or bow or whatever. My main is imperial stamsorc and he's OK in PvP. Not great, not terrible, just OK.

Let's see what happens when they rebalance classes.

Thanks, I'm kind of disappointed in how it stands in pvp... That kinda sucks I could deal with nonclass skills but if it lost potency then shame on the patch

There are those that make it work, but against another player of evenly matched skill on another class you will struggle.

Very boring IMO and too set-based. But I guess that's what the devs intend...
