After public outcry and months of dealing with ZOS's huge mistake in releasing the disgustingly overpowered Bash Necro, the console Community was at least told we would be getting the same fix PC got, albeit 2 months later, with today's patch. @ZOS_GinaBruno - You stated it here:

Well, the changes to Pummeling Goliath and Deadly Bash are not included in the console patch notes. If this is anything but a careless error in posting the patch notes, I will be finding a different game to play. Enough is enough.

The console Community was waiting for this fix for a month after PC got it before ZOS even told us when we would get it. Then we had to wait another month for today's patch. Keep them nearby, we've got a load of problems coming that are still not fixed on PC, and that means likely won't be fixed on console until the next update.5 -

✭✭@SenpaiNFT get the whole trial group to delete all quests and turn off quest tracker(options>interface>quest tracker>OFF) before entering the trial. It decreases lag by a huge amount.
We did vhof for the first time with no freezes, dcs or low fps during boss fights.
It got a little bit laggy at the last boss but we'd been in there for 4.5 hours.1 -

Not a single thing about the alleged 7 second cooldown to the special bash, nor anything about it not being able to crit. We also tested this in game on PS4, and it seems that nothing has changed.
