Empty containers

Has anyone else noticed a bug with containers being empty? I just did the Elsweyr tutorial and there was nothing in the racks or in any containers. It's happened to me twice before. I tried the reloadui but it didn't help.

✭✭✭✭✭containers start to be empty as a cooldown when u emptied too many containers within a short amount of time. they will start filling after maybe 10 or 15 minutes again as soon as u stopped emptying or trying to empty containers :P

It is also to be noted, in delves and instanced dungeons, that occasionally you get what a friend used to call the 'empty container syndrome'. For that player (players), and not entirely all of the players in an area, all containers will be empty for the duration of the run. Sometimes exiting and reentering fixes it, sometimes not. No one has ever really figured how to fix it, I'm afraid.
