Amount of stamina regen for BGs?

Whats concidered the sweetspot for stamina regeneration for stamina classes when it comes to Battlegrounds? Im new to pvp and have MAJOR issues with sustain, even at 1800 stam regen on my newly maxed out lvl 30 stam necro, but thats just me not knowing how to play.

I would like to hear some opinions

Stamina Necromancer's sustain is terrible honestly. In Heavy armour, around 1800 recovery (with potion active) + 1 Feat Cost Glyph should be enough. If it's still bad, add another cost reduction glyph or use an Infused trait on one of your jewelry. I'd recommend Imperial for Necromancer because all costs are reduced by 3% (includes roll dodge, breakfree, and sprint). You could also use an Absorb Stamina glyph on your 2h weapon. Wouldn't hurt to heavy attack every once in a while too.

Other classes like StamDK, Stamplar, and StamSorc can do just fine with around 1500 recovery because they have proper in-class methods of stamina return -- Necromancer does not.
