Any Gamepad Users Having Issues since Scalebreaker?

I know, I'm a pleb who uses a gamepad, spare me please.

But for real, it may be a coincidence (i.e. an issue with my setup), but since scalebreaker my gamepad just stops working in-game at least once a day. Most commonly it happens when I'm doing daily writs, leading me to believe it might be an addon, but I've noticed it happens at other times too. It will not work again unless I restart my computer. Anyone else having this problem?

It very well maybe your controller that is failing. I was using a wired xbox360 controller for the past year when it started acting like yours and it finally just died.

Nope, gamepad user here and i don't experience any of the issues you mentioned. Have another controller you can try out? Hope everything works out and you can find the issue :)

Its your controller. Had it happen to me. Controller loses interface with the usb. Try it in another usb incase your usb is the culprit.

For me it was my cable that has gone out repeatedly after a lot of use each time. The connection just becomes too loose over time. Cheaper than replacing a controller, fortunately.

The game has gotten a new game pad bug where inputs get stuck, and it’s not my controller because mine is new. However, for me this is only once a week or so.

i am using two ipega 9021 controllers and the only time i usu have an issue is when the built in battery starts to go. Playing on linux i tried using the steam config but with the xboxdrv loaded from the kernel, i dont need the config and the config from steam only screwed me up at times so i stopped using it. Blue tooth works great. like 25 or 26 $ each from amazon.. Once in a while i get some lag and my ult doesnt fire like i wish but that not often.

Thanks all for the responses. I'm gonna borrow a friend's gamepad to see if that's it, and I just updated Windows--not sure if that could be the issue. Appreciate the insights.
