Food buffs scaling correctly?

✭✭✭✭✭Are these food buffs supposed to scale like this? This is on a max level char. Seems wrong.
Not sure. But the Witch Brew gives health where as the Ghastly Eye Bowl does not. So from a balanced perspective, it makes sense it would have less Magicka and Recover as a result.
I think Witch Brew was nerfed in Elseweyr. But not sure. -
