I have been watching PC players talk about how bad the new DLC is. I'm on ps4 so I still have some time to wait. I have heard how dots are out of control if so the type of stam dk I built in elsweyr will be over powered in scale breaker good news for me bad for others. But I will wait and see when we finally get ahold of the new dlc.

From what I saw stamina DK gets obliterated by ranged dots before he can even try to place few of its own melee dots on zerglings

Apparently this update was the game breaker.

DoT's are not nearly as bad as what many on these forums are saying.

Guess so, yes its probably hard if you try one of the old tricks like tanky build trolling zerglings as they will dot you down now.

However why should 1vX even be an viable strategy? realistically it only work in two settings: you have an high level of one shots like grenade launchers and automatic weapons and do an ambush or you have serious superior defense as in an knight in gothic armor against an peasants.

Like Morrowind, Murkmire, Wrathstone and Elsweyr before it.

I changed a few skills, ran through the rotation a few times and hit the same numbers, tanked just as well and healed fine. My group has been getting similar trial scores as we always have. The drama over this patch has been ridiculous.
