Does the skill reduce the DoT damage of the projectiles?
If anyone tested it, it will be nice to share the results.

    If anything only the initial hit portion will be reduced, dot component is something else.

    In the incoming dot meta I will replace the wings with cinder storm. I think that 5.5k magicka is justified.
