Conversion of Feathers to Collectibles

I, and i know i am not the only one, was concerned about being able to get all the needed feathers to get all my morphs. so i have not been morphing my Indrik yet. Instead i have been buying my berries and then a spare feather. Now that these are collectibles, does this mean i cannot have extra feathers?? I am not done going through my characters yet but i should have had a double of one of my feathers for sure. I bought it during the last event. making it 4 dawn wood berries, 4 luminous berries, one unlocked base indrik, four feathers for the next one, and a feather and a berry to go towards my Onyx. If this took away my extra feather I'm owed some tickets! @ZOS_JessicaFolsom , @ZOS_GinaBruno , @ZOS_GaryA How do i go about getting help with this? Just a normal Help ticket or should my extra feather be here somewhere?

Also wondering what would happen in the case where:

(1) player has all allowed morph feathers but not enough to morph yet
(2) player has Nascent Indrik unlocked
Can they buy more feathers for another Nascent Indrik? What happens if they buy all 4 feathers?

I'm wondering if someone's going to reach the case where they are at ticket cap and can't get any more feathers because it's now in Collections, and doesn't want anything else from the ticket store.

1: you can only hold 4 feathers. one of each. it stops you from buying more till you use them. I have base indrik unlocked and all 4 extra feathers for a second one. BUT now my 5th feather i got to use towards this onyx morph is gone.

2: the question about capping is a good one as many of us are ahead on tickets by one item at least and were looking forward to starting on feathers for snow mount and now we can't. so either that cap needs to be raised or feathers should NOT have been added to those fragments.

Granted this is only a problem for folks that have been around for a good chunk of the event, not people just jointing the scene obviously.... but for some of us this is a real problem. someone in my Housing guild lost 3 feathers now. i can make room for 10 more tickets i guess if ZOS doesn't mail them back to me.... but how is she going to get her 30 back?

Be sure you're using the Forums search feature, @AyeshaBelladonna, before starting a new thread ... as this topic has already come up more than once today.

If you think you've lost extra feathers on top of what was converted to fragments, you and your guildies should each send in an Online Support ticket.

Follow up on the first (canned) response from the Support Team ... and be persistent but polite.
