Addon Notifications no longer System

Addon notifications in the chat window used to come in as System messages. Now, they're coming in as an unidentified chat type.
I turned off all chat filters and guild channel options in a test chat tab; the addon notifications are still coming through.
Could we get this fixed? It's cluttering my chat window.
