Random crashing, and crashing when porting

Ever since Elsweyr I have been having these random crashes every now and then. It's not super often, it can be hours between but suddenly *POP* and that ESO crash report window pops up. It also sometimes happens when I port, both using wayshrines, the paid port or travel to player (or to primary house).
Why has this begun happening after Elsweyr? I have tried removing the entire Elder Scrolls Online folder from Documents, so it generated a new one. So it got started from scratch. I have tried repairing. I have tried reinstalling completely. Nothing helps: it's the same frequency of crashing. I think you guys did something wrong with the Elsweyr release that caused problems.

As you've done a majority of the crash troubleshooting we recommend here, the next thing you can do is open a ticket with customer support.
