Necromancer Fixes to be more in line with other class's

Just throwing some idea's out there i feel would have been better for various builds.
First i would have made it an alternative Skill set instead of a Class.
second Skills are VERY STATIONARY, not so bad for PVE but PVP is garbage.

Skill Changes i Suggest.

Bone armor+ = x dmg reduction while slotted.
Beckoning armor= instantly Pulls all targets outside of x meters.
Ghostly Embrace= Big Pool of swirling souls with instant root for x seconds.
Spirit Mender / change to Blood Golem Lifetaps for x amount group heal per tick/ 8% damage transfer. Explodes when dies aoe heal.
Coil= reanimates corpse to follow caster, other morf follows target and restores same aoe, add magicka restore to duration of Braided tether.
Mystic Siphon=reanimates corpse that attacks target with same aoe effect
Blastbones restore instant attack once summoned add .4 second casting delay.
Boneyard=Field like Destruction staff instead of circle.

just some idea's to make them actually function with game mechanics as a whole and to be more in line with other class mech's.
