Dungeon DLC are worth it if you like dungeons.
Murkmire is a solid story DLC, recommended if you like questing.
Elsweyr is good if you like questing, Khajiit, dragons, trials, and/or playing as the new necromancer class.
Major gameplay changes are that ZOS has been working to auditing racial passives, class skills, and weapon skills to make their behavior more consistent across the board.
So the top tier meta has changed a fair bit, but from the perspective of the average player, you'll probably notice that your skills behave a little differently and your racial passives have changed. Note that the upcoming Scalebreaker has more drastic changes to several staple skills for PVE DPS and healing.
If you had performance issues in PVP or PVE before you left, don't expect much improvement. The Groupfinder is currently undergoing a complete revamp, so ZOS implemented a queue for using it in PVE and BG players just have to deal with matches sometimes not, starting properly.
ZOS is also running regular events where you can obtain Event Tickets, used to purchase a Nascent Indrik mount, which can then be evolved into a different colored form. The colored forms are (as far as we know) exclusive to each quarter's events. So if you like the Q3 Onyx Indrik, buy the Berry that comes with each Q3 event first, then buy each of the 4 feathers you need to make the Nascent Indrik. Essentially, 1 of each of the 4 feathers = Nascent Indrik, while 1 of each of the 4 Onyx berries + Nascent = Onyx Indrik.
Hope that helps!
As I understand AoE does less damage but single target dots is up so not much effects on bosses, probably more damage on mobile bosses in dungeons. Trash will die a bit slower but that is rarely an problem.VaranisArano wrote: »Since Summerset, they've added:

Thanks a lot! ^^ This does help, would my magblade with siroria still be efficient or should I expect a major DPS drop?
