I have seen alot of troubles with block in many of scenarios. I permablock almost constantly due to oceanic ping and quite frequently block seems to drop even though I never release the block key. Anyone else noticed this?

rustle911✭✭✭This has been a huge problem for me since the Elsweyr launch. Even while holding block, with full stamina, I see 0 damage mitigation. This has been especially prevalent in Sunspire, but it has affected me in multiple different trials and dungeons.0
