From the PTS Patch Notes:
Armor of the Veiled Heritance
OLD: When you deal damage, you have a 10% chance to increase your Weapon Damage by 400 for 5 seconds.

NEW: When you interrupt an enemy, you gain 400 Weapon Damage for 15 seconds.

Xur from Destiny 2 is more fun than Golden.

A similar concept but sells a 1 purhcase a week box too that contains a random that you don't already own.
Also Xur hides around the game and needs to be found first by community every weekend.

Just give us the whole loot table to choose from each week, and then you can nerf what ever is the most popular buy each week. Then rinse and repeat but at least it gives us something to get.
