Best Class for Bleed Build

With the upcoming scalebreaker set i intend to make a bleed build (cause i enjoy thematic builds) - Probably involving any of the new bleed set, blood drinker, deadly strike, pillars of nirn or savage wwolf, automaton...
Which class(es) do you think synergize the best with bleed builds? While there are no class builds, what classes synergize the best with dot / physical damage / dw-2h combo etc...
- Stamplar is very dot focused, physical damage focused and has a dot spammable which is nice
- Stamsorc is very dot focused and physical damage focused, more aoe, even has passive
- Necro has a dot passive which is nice and also some dots
- DK is very dot focused especially single target but might profit more from poison due to combut passive
It seems stamsorc or Stamplar are most suited?
Warden and NB probably the worst since rather bursty
