Stamnecro is beyond laggy (much worse than other 10 alts of mine)

I started a stamnecro the first day of elsweyr. The lag was bad but has gotten progressively worse. It is nauseating hitting a skill and having to wait one thousand one-one thousand two before any effect, sound or otherwise, occurs (and that's a lucky count, many times it is far worse). My other alts, including a magicka necro created same day--don't have half the lag (tho of course all of this game is now laggy beyond patience). The automated responses are annoying, not helpful, if useful answers could be found on the forums I would have found them already. So ZOS, what am I to do, delete my hard won, hard paid for (I bought speed riding lessons with my crowns for this alt) level 48 stamnecro?
