Grand Psijic Villa: Relic Hall, Forbidden Library and Secret Vault

I had the idea to turn the Villa into a sort of relic vault and magical library. What better place to store all that stuff than Artaeum! I still haven't been able to open the large vault door downstairs...wonder what's in there...
