Idea for the Fear dilemma.

What if fear from different sources stacked to produce upgraded effects.
1 fear stuns.
2 fear stacks makes the enemy run away.
3 fear stacks knocks the enemy down.
Then this whole issue of Turn Evil and nightblade's Aspect of Terror can become a potential combo instead of making the class skill useless.
