It is called PTS. Go make a maxed out character and go play. In fact it qualifies as not having to pay to win because you get maxed out everything given to you at the start with their current template. You get everything you could ever need straight away and dont have to do anything for it.

Amd the ability to not have your progress wiped everytime ZOS swaps to the other server or brings up a new PTS update... -
ryzen_gamer_gal✭✭✭✭Wipe schmipe. Just create a new top teir toon replete with all the fixins. When the wipe happens you'll want to have a new toon based on the new meta anyway right? You can create and delete toons as needed

Play for free and dont support the zod employers that make the game. Whos going to pay their wages? Are they going to make content for free? -

shaielzafine✭✭✭✭✭Lol. I wonder if they'll ever sell the instant level boost from pts to live. They have extra stuff like boxes of recipes and motifs and such as well for crafters.
