✭That I am not sure about but I can tell you with 100% accuracy if there are 2 enemies, one at full health and the other at 20%, when you go to execute jesus beam will automatically retarget to the full health enemy

✭just looking at spell dam, armor pen, and max mag i got this
(spell damage*2.1515)+(max mag*0.0438)+(pen*0.0536) = base damage!
anybody wanna correct me, please!

how does penetration get into the base damage?
for radiant opression, it is (0.11637*Magicka) + (1.22371 * Spell Damage) -

you need to take away all percent amps then, the formula i posted there is for the BASE damage, before any of those are added to it. penetration is NOT nor could it be part the of the base damage. for actual damage on the target, yes but just for the base , starting, damage number, the formula i post there is correct. -

I'd see what it ticks for on the new Raid Trial Dummy (Iron Atronach?) with all buffs active. I imagine it'll be a nice chunk higher than that.
