I've seen insane numbers in the new PTS patch, so I dare to ask the question: Are soft caps coming back?
Otherwise (besides a bug that converted anybody in the PTS a Super Saiyan) I cannot find any plausible explanation.

✭✭But I cannot find another explanation, all the sets that provided masive spell/dmg increase have been tuned dowm, LA dmg have been increased, over all magicka and stam max stats have been decreased, DoTs have got crazy numbers with (up to now) max resources...
