I actually replied to him in this, it is a pretty big slap in the face and pretty tone deaf based on the concerns of the community regarding game performance and the direction it is being taken. These things could literally all be squelched with more communication on the Devs end though, but will we ever see that? -

If the game functioned at the level it was supposed to and the communication was at a respectable level with the community I would agree that this would be a useless point by the OP. But since we are not there, and have not been for some time, I do not disagree that this was a pretty meh thing to post by Rich. -

True. But in the same token it might be different if Zos actually improved communication with us vs just saying they will work on that. Sort of give us a big picture look at the wholistic change being made this year instead of having us wait for each PTS cycle.
If they actually communicated well and we saw this behavior then it would be a different story.Really, idk -
