    After giving this some thought, I went with Clavicus Vile.

    Why? Because he is known to make deals with mortals, giving great powers and gifts, only for them to turn very sour later on. And then Vile sits back laughing at the stupid mortals. Zos gives us great powers to play with, then suddenly and cruelly turns it all upside down. (Wide spread nerfs)
