Quests disappearing

I've searched around and saw other people had this problem too.
Yesterday all my quests disappeared from my journal. Both active and completed. I like to go back and see what I completed sometimes, so it's suck they are all gone.
Would be great with a roll-back function, so if your quests gets deleted, you can get them back again.
I'm doing RP, so I used my journal a lot to keep track. I'm really sad I can't see my completed quests anymore
