Haven't got my card packs as a reward
A few days ago you could earn Elsweyr card packs and a Elsweyr themed card back if you played ESO: Elsweyr for some days. I did played Elsweyr every day but I still havn't got any card pack.. I asked on forum, made a ticket... but I still haven't got them yet. Can you help me please?
