Rimmen wayshrine crash

When I travel to or from the Rimmen Wayshrine, the loading screen hangs about 9 times out of 10. I have to restart the game and I am at my destination. All other wayshrines are fine. Anyone else having issues? I see there is a compliant for playstation also.

As a workaround, you can buy the inn room and port directly to there, (or the other house in Rimmen) or go to the Hakoshae wayshrine and ride north to Rimmen. Since I started doing those things, I haven't crashed. I've also noticed I can port to the Rimmen wayshrine from another zone without crashing, but if I try it from anywhere in the Northern Elsweyr zone the game freezes/crashes or I get stuck in an eternal loadscreen.
