The loading screen freezes more than three times a day (and I can only play in the afternoon).

Since a week I get kicked from the server with error 318. It doesn't matter, if I'm in the open world or in a dungeon.
(I play on the PS4 Eu server)

The skills of the necromancer are not created lovely (one summoned archer skeleton for only 15 seconds? No zombies? No evil creatures?)

I love the game, but it breaks my heart, that the problems are getting bigger and bigger since the last three (or four?) big updates and dlcs.

It's more toward the side of non-existing build diversity, but it's too extreme for me to vote that.
Perfected Relequen and Lokkestiiz are both BiS sets. They share the same named bonus, and somehow, putting them together is better than any other combination despite having a bonus wasted.

False God's Devotion is the magicka version of VO, but it has a perfected version.

I'm kind of sad about that, but that's all. I don't have major problems in this game besides feeling like I'm dumb for refusing to slot Relequen. I'm not really badly impacted by performances, I can tell when that's my connection, it can get very bad.

Seriously. They are hitting some pretty low notes these days.

I suppose the worst thing for me is the Cone of Silence, and the feeling that they have a contemptuous attitude towards their community. Outside of the occasional PR dog and pony show, they are generally non-responsive. In particular, how they (mis)manage the PTS feedback, considering all those people are paying customers who are investing their time to comb through upcoming new content for them. I've seen 30+ page threads with quality, tested feedback, with zero interaction from them and nothing changed when things went Live. It gives a strong feeling of "What's the point?"

I don't have much performance issues, maybe I'm lucky. My gripes are smaller ones.
-I don't have that much time to play so RNG grind can often be tedious.
-Imperial City frustrates me to no end but I'm just a milkdrinker I guess.
-Sets are confusing and I get lost in builds as there isn't really a learning curve for that.
-Expensive Crown Store stuff and scam crates. Just let me buy the thing I want nd keep the microtransactions micro.
-I finally decided to do Cadwell's Silver/Gold and the original quests are mostly boring fetch quests compared to quests found in dlcs and chapters.

They have got to fix the performance issues. I love eso a lot but for the first time and I been playing since day 1 I don’t enjoy the game. Elsweyr has brought the worst kind of lag I have ever seen on PS4 solo play feels impossible I prefer playing solo so for me it really isn’t much fun there’s days I don’t even bother to log in because cba right I know what to expect.

Too few class-, weapon-, armor- and overall gameplay-changes, slightly changing 2-3 skills and passives per 2 years wont make the game feel fresh.

I could live with the horrible performance issues (for a bit longer) if there was much better communication with the player base. Current levels of customer experience are, as a direct result, absolutely appalling.

Of course, it’d also be nice if they would stop breaking stuff with every patch. I can’t tell you how pleased I am that there’s no patch today - at least we’ll have a week more with the same old problems and no new ones !!

Random loading screens and fps drops everywhere:
Lag and random loading screens in open world 1-2-3 minutes after arriving to a shrine.
Lag and random multiple loading screens while in a delve with no one around.
Lag and random multiple loading screens in the middle of PvP fights.

Performance. FPS has gone from pretty much stable everywhere except some spots in cities and hotspots of complex stuff to random framerate drops virtually everywhere. The visual image looks fine though, but it's made combat feel erratic sometimes.

Oh, and the occasional time when all the buildings/scenery suddenly glitch out after coming out of a building to find nothing but the terrain and characters/NPC's wandering around in a "wasteland". Kind of funny, but there's a bug somewhere...

Load screens aren't much worse than they've been for a while. But just long enough that it's getting noticeable and annoying sometimes. Can't really say exactly what the pain point is on load screen time, but it "feels" like it's hitting that more often.

Sometimes it's not about the numbers, but about how the game subjectively "feels." For me, it "feels" a little more erratic.

ZOS "ignorance" / lack of communication

I am voting for "Ignorance and lack of communication" because it is the issue through which other issues are getting adressed. That should be the first and easiest thing for ZOS to fix. After that they got that, they should be able to explain the intricacies of the other problems to us and why simple solutions won't work here but do work there. Perhaps they will even get ideas for solutions from the forums as we do have some smart people here too.

I don't know about PvE, but in PvP this is just a nightmare, how are supposed to fight if we have :

Skill delay
One of the biggest issue at the moment, cast a skill with only one seconde delay can just cost you the life, what a stupid way to die isn't it?

add in bugs to the category also, some of which have been around for months and even years. Gets even more frustrating when the patch notes will say something like

"Player pet damage will now match the values in their tooltips. This means abilities such as Blastbones will now scale properly from levels 1-49"

and yet blastbones continues to do unreliable damage and quite often simple stands there and does nothing until it exploded.

So even if they say they have actually worked on a "fix" quite often nothing changes when the fix is implemented
