Performance: update since the 21st June PS4 maintenance

So last Friday an unexpected maintenance happened on PS4 servers to fix it all...
I thought we'd have some fixing and by consequence some performance improvement but after this maintenance is settled I still have pretty much the same amount of issues I was having before:
- Lag (more or less depending on the time of the day) in every game zone, base game or not.
- Sound(s) totally unsynchronized with actions performed in open world/delves/dungeons (3-5 secs delay minimum)
- After travelling to a shrines I need to wait 10-20 secs to everything has been loaded before I start to move. Fps ratio drops hugely also in some areas.
- Mobs in open world/delves/dungeons don't appear. If you're really lucky you can see them once they're dead.
- NPCs, players and mounts take a lot to load properly.
- Visual markers appear and disappear sometimes.
- Attacks and AoEs have no visuals in the situations where you can actually see the mobs. Eg this is a pain when fight a dragon: I can't see where I should be. Can't dodge attacks also because the dragon seems to be standing still when he's actually not.
- Some Necromancer skills sometimes don't work, others don't work at all as the boneyard synergy. Didn't work once since last maintenance.
So, what did you actually "fixed"?

✭Pretty sure that maintenance was just the hotfix thing.
In other news the dragon by the star haven wayshrine is currently broken, so that's cool.0
