@ZOS_GinaBruno I am trying to report and get some confirmation on a glitch that could potentially be an exploit.

I have honestly tried to keep this issue with Customer Service but I think it is more than fair that they got three attempts already.
So far from Customer Service I have
-one response that is completely on another topic
-one canned response about the topic but doesn't address the issue
-one response that contains incorrect information on top of not addressing the issue

If I had my tinfoil hat on I'd say the agents were trying to ensure they have a job to do by making sure this ticket never gets closed.

I really don't want to be accused of exploiting something if it does get discovered later on.

    Today I finally got a customer service reply indicating that they did check my account and verified that there is no glitch.
    I am not completely confident of this answer but I will save the email chain and consider the ticket closed.
