    That's a HP desync right here. Addons / reloading UI won't do anything. Only way is to die or relog.

    Ok...relog did fix that. But what cause it though?

    That's extremely common in PvP when combined with cast time abilities + sneak/cloak. Fighting someone while cancelling animations extremely fast can also do it.

    In PvE, I rarely notice it, thought it usually seems to happen randomly in some trials after a wipe.

    Yeah, it’s a semi-regular PVP occurrence. When it happens every few days I generally make a joke about turning on hard-mode.

    Honestly, even though it’s happened to me probably 50 times over the years I’m still not 100% sure if it’s actually lowering your health or just a visual error. I think it’s the later.
